- Recall.ai is the only subprocessor that ever touches raw call audio. Attentive itself persists transcript text only — we store no audio and offer no recording playback. Audio is processed transiently by Recall.ai for transcription and handled under Recall.ai’s data processing terms.
- Anthropic and Voyage AI are called under API terms that do not permit training on customer data. Attentive trains no models of its own on customer data.
- Neon is a Databricks company; its privacy policy now lives under the Databricks privacy notice, which is where the Neon link above points.
- Payments for paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe at checkout — we never receive or store full card numbers. Your statement shows ATTENTIVE BY ASTERIA.
- Our business email runs on Google Workspace — if you email us, your message is processed there.
- When this list changes, we update this page and the date above. If your data processing agreement with us requires advance email notice of subprocessor changes — or you simply want it — email privacy@asterialabs.ai and we will add you to the notification list.
