Is there a free trial?
No free trial — paid plans are billed from day one. Starter is free and includes your first 5 coached calls (one-time; referrals add +5/mo), so you can watch Attentive work on real calls before you pay a dollar. And every first subscription is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee below.
What's the 30-day money-back guarantee?
If Attentive isn't earning its keep in your first 30 days, tell us and we'll refund the subscription in full. It applies once per workspace.
How does the referral program work?
Every workspace gets a referral link. Founders you refer get 30% off their first 3 months, and when someone you referred converts to a paid plan, you get one month's credit on your own subscription. On the free Starter plan, every activated referral also permanently adds +5 coached calls per month to your quota.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 10 months' price for the full 12: $690/yr for Essentials, $1,290/yr for Power Founder, and $1,790/user/yr for Teams. Discount codes apply on top of the plan price you choose.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription renews automatically each month (or year) at the listed price plus applicable tax until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Manage billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Who handles payments?
Payments by Stripe — your statement shows ATTENTIVE BY ASTERIA. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
